Help Desk Phone Support

Help desk phone support is available to assist with queries regarding the operational use of your SalesLink Server/mobile software and assisting mobile users who require help.

Most problems can be resolved via the phone however some technical issues including installations, and network connectivity may require onsite technical support.

Help Desk Hours : 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
(N.Z. standard time, excluding public holidays).

 


Help Desk Exclusions

The following services are not included in the Standard Help Desk Support package:

  Re install & configuration of PDA software
  User training / New user training
  Integration updates when changing accounting packages
  On-site service or installation
  Development and customisations
  Freight / Courier Fees
     
     

Onsite Technical Support

Issues including hardware faults, operating system problems, incompatible hardware or software, network configuration and training requirements require professional on-site assistance.


I.T. Link has onsite technical support people located in our Christchurch office.
They are professionally trained and can assist on a per site visit basis.

On-site Technical Assistance $120.00 per hour (Minimum Charge 1/2 hour) - All prices exclude GST.
For areas outside this region additional travel and accommodation expenses may be incurred.
