SalesLink Mobile Journey Plans / Call cycles added

SalesLink has added a new feature within SalesLink Mobile.


Oliver Huggins said that this new lookup functionality will allow sales reps to view their daily call cycles and will also allow sales managers to confirm that calls are being made.


"We’ve had users ask whether they can track the sales calls their reps were making. Specifically, where reps may make a merchandising call and not make a sale," Huggins said.


Daily call cycles are listed sequentially in a drop down list. At each sales call a rep either makes a sale or is able to complete a survey and then transmit this information wirelessly back to the office.Surveys , which are set up easily at the office , can obtain information such as product representation,compliance and competitor activity.


"A sales manager can now track a rep’s productivity on a daily basis by running a report that details the sales and survey calls they’ve made."
